Our delivery times may be slightly longer than usual due to the high number of orders placed during our sale period (November/December), as well as delays that can occur with the local postal service.

If your shipping address for your order is correct and the estimated delivery time has passed, please allow your postal services at least 5 more business days to deliver your parcel.

Tracking with DHL
Effective April 11, 2019 all orders placed on the US website are shipped with DHL. Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a tracking reference in your shipping confirmation email and you can track your order on https://www.logistics.dhl/us-en/home/tracking/tracking-ecommerce.html.
