Our delivery times may be slightly longer than usual due to the high number of orders placed during our sale period, as well as delays that can occur with the local postal service.
As we send with Fedex you can track your order on www.fedex.com with the tracking number you have received to your email. Please keep in mind that longer delivery times also mean that the tracking information is not updated as frequently as usual.
If your order has been delivered according to Fedex but you have not received it yet, please check with your neighbors or your doorman. They might have accepted your delivery for you.
