Effective April 11, 2019 all orders are shipped with DHL, but please note that orders placed before this date are shipped with FedEx.
Please double check the tracking information provided by DHL/FedEx first. You can find your tracking number in the shipment email you received from us.
If your order has been delivered according to DHL/FedEx but you have not received it yet, please check with your neighbors or your doorman. They might have accepted your delivery for you.
Should you be unable to locate your package, please get in touch with our support team so we can look into it.
