Returns & Exchange Process
1. Please print and fill in this Returns Form and include it in your package.
2. Send your items to the address below, using the address label found at the bottom of the Returns Form.

3. Send your items with the label intact along with the order number.
4. Include instructions on how we should process your return (e.g. for refund, for exchange to another size, style, etc.)
5. For exchanges, please clarify the alternative product by specifying SKU/item number and size (please note that exchanges must be for applicable products of equal or lesser value)
As soon as we receive your return shipment, we aim to process your request within 3 business days and will send you an email confirmation once processed. Kindly note that during our peak season (November/December) the handle time can take up to 14 business days. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Please note that we cannot cover return shipping costs and that you are responsible for items lost in shipping.
