On the checkout page you have the option to choose "Tracked Home Delivery". Note that this option is only available on the EU website, excluding the countries Malta and Cyprus.
Once your order has been processed and has left the warehouse you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number of your parcel. Moreover, you'll receive an email directly from DPD with further information about their different delivery options. If needed, you can change the place or day of delivery through this email by following the instructions provided by DPD. You also have the option to name a safe place where DPD can leave your parcel.
What is the DPD service called that Happy Socks uses for the delivery?
Happy Socks uses the tracked shipping service called DPD HOME to deliver small parcels with DPD. The notification service to inform the customers about the exact delivery day/time is called Predict.
What happens if I miss the DPD delivery?
In case you were not at home the driver will leave a delivery card with instructions for what you need to do to get your parcel. Should you have questions regarding your delivery, please contact DPD.
